3. Eligibility for Services

3.2 Medical Eligibility

Before treatment, all clients must complete a medical questionnaire. We may decline or modify services if:

  • You have a chronic medical condition that makes IV therapy unsuitable.
  • You are pregnant or breastfeeding (certain IV formulations may not be safe).

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 Providing Accurate Health Information

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies before receiving treatment. Failure to do so may result in adverse effects, for which Pure IV New Mexico is not liable.

7.2 Following Pre- and Post-Treatment Guidelines

  • Clients should eat and hydrate before treatment to reduce dizziness.
  • After IV therapy, clients should monitor for side effects and seek medical attention for unusual symptoms.
